first use an enzyme cleaner, they are for organic stains,
they are usually marketed to clean up pet urine, they are sold under brand names such as Nature’s Miracle(Pet’s Mart or other pet stores) or Out(Walmart in the pet’s section)
I would use one of those first and then use Spot Shot carpet cleaner or another “instant” aerosol spray on cleaner
