How Do I Grow A Cactus?

There's plenty of on-line guide on it, but I do not know what is best for my type of cactus. The cactus was originally rooted in the soil, but dead. Had small buds, so I removed before it is completely dead. The buds have roots and are like balls tingled with his bald head on the floor, where attached to the main cactus. I had on wet cotton in a bowl for about 2 weeks.
How do I grow them?

Only water occasionally in the spring and summer, like once a week, during winter and fall maybe once a month, they don’t like a lot of water.
Depending on the plant, the little bloom may be a flower, put it near a window.

    take it off the moisture!
put it in a warm dark place eg: in with your hot water cylinder, and leave it to get a hard skin where it broke off. Eventually it will grow “roots”, then you can plant it. Only water it in hot weather when it’s really dry.
    Good luck

Its pretty easy…you dont have to water it often once a week is a good time to water it(it also depends on the type of cactus)

Just place them on top of a mixture of damp soil and sand and they will root. Avoid watering as they will rot. Cactus are very slow growing so you need to be patient.
