How to cut a cactus plant that is 6 to 7 feet high?

I have four cactus plants that are almost reaching my limit (15 feet) and we are moving and want to take me. Any suggestions on how to cut or prune them and after that, how to replant? I'm going to take a picture and send it, I've never done this, but I'll try. my cactus is high at least they get in the window seat, I went to measure, one is 7 m, the other is 7.8 and the other two are smaller at around 6. I just let it flower and for me too! I wait for my daughter to send the photos, which could be good in plants, but not with the team, lol, water twice a year and let the sun shine, sit in my bedroom using the Florida room, I became a master bedroom. We are under construction. They are also next to a bathtub Whirlpool. We're trying to put photos and we can not, does anyone here know how?
