How can I get cactus needles in my calf?

The large needles are hooked at the ends and there are tons of tiny beings that we can hardly see. Please help. I stepped back and ran toward cactus.

How did you get hooked needles out depends on how deeply they are embedded. If you are near the surface, try working on them a little at a time, turning to keep the point of running away from their direction of pull as much as possible. Needless to say, this will be a little painful. If hooked spines are deep, you have to go to a doctor. The small needles (called "glochids) are usually easy to remove. Simply take the knife more sharp you can find several times and scrape the skin surface of the blade at an angle of about 45 degrees (do not be careful not to cut yourself). If you are glochids concerns the more than one way than another, scrape in the direction of tilt, not against the tilt. If the tips below break glochids surface of the skin, can only scratch harder, but if your skin begins to have premiums you have to stop and wait for the broken ends to form small pustules. That will take several days. The pustules bring the tip to the surface.
